Apple Spice Pumpkin Zone Muffins (high protein)
These were so good! I accidentally bought bran flour and they tasted great, so I think any type of flours would work! This is another variation I came up with for the protein muffins This makes a double recipe so you can use the whole can of pumpkin, just freeze half
2 2/3 cup oat flour
8 (1 oz) scoops vanilla whey protein
1.5 tbl pumpkin pie spice
2 tbl baking powder
1tbl grated orange...

You should all check out http://wodshop.org/ . It gives you random Crossfit style workouts in whatever type of work you chose.. single movement, couplet (2 moves), triplet.. well you get the idea.
You can mix it up until you find workouts you are able to do with the equiptment you have at home.

Dinner - Eating out tonight
Tonight I am going out to dinner with some friends from work. In order to make great choices, I checked out the menu and have already picked out what I am going to eat.

Blueberry Banana Muffins - Zone
The origional recipe is from the Zone Diet cookbook. I thought they were really dry when I made them. I accidently left out the oil the first time I made them, added it the second and then since they were still dry I tried to think of a way to make them better. So, I added banana, cut back on the amount of blueberries, and left it to add the fat after. So either butter, or cream cheese...
