WOD 5
My husband just did WOD 5 and got 312… 20min AMRAP: 5 cleans, 10 toes to bar and 15 wall balls. . It was pretty brutal just watching, I can’t imagine doing that one! The 20min time seemed to go on forever. My body couldn’t get anywhere near that. I don’t think my head would be ready for it either ;) EDIT- he did it again today and got 331!!!!

Cheat meal excitement
Having my 1st cheat meal since Monday tonight! Pizza. So I’ve been obsessively looking at menus for the past hour. EDIT- it was a little like New Years Eve…Pizza was not nearly as good as I thought it would be!  thats how I feel like 90% of my cheat meals are now; the food just doesnt taste the same!  But, dessert, as in chocolate, is worth it every time :)

This sport is nuts...
In my time doing crossfit I’ve always been surprised at the injurys you get during a WOD without even noticing. I’ve had bruised knees from burpees, shins from cleans and box jumps.
