WOD 5
My husband just did WOD 5 and got 312… 20min AMRAP: 5 cleans, 10 toes to bar and 15 wall balls. . It was pretty brutal just watching, I can’t imagine doing that one! The 20min time seemed to go on forever. My body couldn’t get anywhere near that. I don’t think my head would be ready for it either ;)

Cheat meal excitement
Having my 1st cheat meal since Monday tonight! Pizza. So I’ve been obsessively looking at menus for the past hour.
EDIT- it was a little like New Years Eve…Pizza was not nearly as good as I thought it would be! thats how I feel like 90% of my cheat meals are now; the food just doesnt taste the same! But, dessert, as in chocolate, is worth it every time :)

This sport is nuts...
In my time doing crossfit I’ve always been surprised at the injurys you get during a WOD without even noticing. I’ve had bruised knees from burpees, shins from cleans and box jumps. Tears on my hands and just general soreness. Today topped it though- went to the chiropractor today because it hurt when I took a deep breath. Found out I’ve had a rib out of place!!!
