I don’t usually post times from Crossfit because
1) this is a food blog
2) I’m not usually that confident
But today, I’m pretty proud.
250m row & 20 double unders (I did 20 su and 10du to equal the 20) x 10
So 2500m row & 600 jumps and my time was 17:47.
First WOD with any DUs at all, and this is why I love Crossfit. Anything I put my mind to I can do....

Made this again for dinner. It is zone, and a winner. Everyone loved it and even though I made 2 pans people fought over the last pieces- always a good sign

Challenge Benchmarks
Today was benchmark day for the challenge.
My benchmarks were:
9:46 for a 2000 meter row (which means that my 2.20 time was WAY off!)
4 Dead Hang Pull ups
20 Strict Push ups
128# BackSquat
63# Over Head press
Monday I did another Benchmark required which was:
500m row, 40 squats, 30 situps, 20 pushups, 10 pullups. time was 6:20 (rx) not happy with this time and hope to get it to 5:00 or...

CrossFit Challenge
Soooo, my gym is hosting a Crossfit Challenge. Its actually a weight loss mixed with a performance challenge. I wanted to participate, I love my gym and everyone I work out with. I really think this is going to be fun, and give me another push to challenge myself.
The Fat Tank test said I shouldn’t lose anything, just convert. I was honestly skeptical about this, and felt for a few days...
