My arms feel like jelly
WOD today was 21-15-9 Push Press (53#) pullups and burpees. I fininshed in 10.28 and can barely move my arms!
Good news is that my pullups are getting alot easier- Fran is on the schedule Monday and I am actually excited! it will probably take me forever, but thats fine by me!

Talk about a bad day...
I accidentally threw my IPhone into the washer along with my laundry this morning. I remembered it about 20 minutes into the cycle, and frantically tried to get it out. We have a front loader which of course decided to malfunction and lock while I was banging on the front of it trying to get it open. So, I have it it the Dry All Bag hoping that its not just a gimmick and actually...

Im traveling for a few days for work and decided to make them conscious days off from Crossfit (and working out in general) it’s really just 3 days but i didn’t think this through!
Sitting in a chair all day is giving me restless legs…wish I would have at least brought my tennis shoes….

I got TONS of compliments on them, and it was great to say thanks, I actually MADE these on reebok.com
They turned out pretty cool, and are really great shoes. They are airy/springy so they felt great running in and were good for the WOD. And, I LOVE that Reebok is supporting my sport!

ever-onward asked: Question about your coffee, banana, protein and ice blend drink, what kind of coffee and protein did you use? Does ground coffee or Starbucks Via work or did you brew the coffee then add it to the mix? It looks like a super yummy drink that I want to try myself :]
