The products I use now are crap and leave my hair dry on the bottom and oily on top it’s gross, and especially because it’s curly the ends get so dry. Death by Pullups
Was my first official WOD back. I made it through 13 rounds rx which is 91 pullups. I’m thinking tomorrow is going to be rough- my arms and back are already sore 12 hours later. But I feel good that I’m back!!

Dreading rowing tonight- but not much else I can do. So planning to do 500m and 5 HSPU amrap (at least 3000m which would bring me to 11,500m)
Oh! And I also made up my own workout tonight since I’m still not better and I have to row.
10!’s of rowing meters and light thrusters 53lbs
5,500 meters and 55 thrusters later I decided that im a terrible WOD creator.
But I’m up to 8,500 in the challenge!
