My debate this morning is whether or not to redo WOD 1. I only got 74 the first time and I know i can do better (at least 90 reps) but after 4 hard WOD days in a row by body feels like I’m 90 years old.
I’m not going to be in the top regardless, so doing it again is purely for ego…what to do?!?
Edit- I’ve decided no. I don’t have the mental piece to put myself...

Wheat Free
has been admittedly harder then I thought it would be. Yesterday was especially hard since it was no meat & no wheat. I ate a lot, probably more then usual, but it was all very, very clean & healthy. which is a good thing, I just feel a little stumped on what to eat, especially for a cheat meal.
like right now on Saturday night, I’d love to order a pizza. and actually, everything...

We have slowly but surely become an apple family.
I just downloaded run keeper for a run this morning and feel like that and pandora is going to be a great combo.
Other apps I use and LOVE:
Harvest- tells you how to choose ripe fruits and veggies and how long they last. I used it last time I shopped to pick out a pineapple and it was so helpful
WOD- it’s a timer for all things Crossfit....

I decided to sign up. I’ve been deliberating about it forever and thought the window had closed. I’m the most out of shape ive been in since I started Crossfit a year and a half ago due to my surgery.

Now that I’ve had a taste of amazing eggs it was really hard to buy from the grocery today (even whole foods) I knew we ate tons of eggs, but we went through 4 dozen in 2.5 weeks. That’s Alot of eggs. Completely worth going out of my way to get good ones.

Crossfit Fail...well, personal fail really.
I didn’t finish my 30k. I was 3,800m short.
I’ve had a long and slow recovery from surgery and the recovery plan was that it would get much worse before it could start to improve.
Today I woke up with a pain scale of about 4, which is great. I’ve actually been having trouble standing up straight before today even with heavy painkillers.
